Ahmet Ataman

Ahmet Ataman, who graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law with honors, attended various education and diploma programs in Turkiye and Canada after his education at Istanbul University. After he worked as a lawyer for many years at reputable law firms in Istanbul, he founded Arslan | Ataman Attorneys at Law in 2016.

Ahmet Ataman has gained the appreciation of his clients, to whom he provides services from a wide range of people, with the most effective solutions and methods in practice in the light of the latest developments and regulations in the legislation. Ahmet specializes in litigation processes and enforcement proceedings, in various fields such as labor and social security law, consumer law, family law, inheritance law, rental disputes and real estate law, bankruptcy and concordatum law, corporate criminal law, urban transformation law, administrative and tax law. Ahmet Ataman has an expert certificate from the Ministry of Justice and has a concordatum commissioner license. He is also a licensed mediator with expertise on commercial law, labor law and consumer protection law.

Ahmet also provides consultancy on intellectual property disputes at the Turkish Patent Institute as a trademark and patent attorney. Ahmet is fluent in English.
