Emre Yılmaz

Emre Yılmaz obtained his bachelor degree from Marmara University Faculty of Law and completed his legal internship at Arslan | Ataman Law Firm. He has been working as a lawyer since November 2019.

Emre mainly focuses on labor and social security law, commercial and obligations law, consumer disputes, inheritance law, regulation, enforcement and litigation processes as well as developing areas such as personal data and technology law.
He is currently pursuing his post graduate studies at Bahçeşehir University where he is carrying out academic studies and making publications on constitution law, human rights law, environment and ecology law. Emre is fluent in English.

Emre Yılmaz participated 11. International Crime and Punishment Film Festival Academic Program with his presentation titled “Evaluation of Climate Justice Together with Intergenerational Discrimination Concepts” and he published an article titled “Environmental Information Obligation and its Relation to Earthquake within the Scope of Environment Law”.
